How to Register:

Registration can be processed in three different ways.

1. On-line Registration:

Online registration has been closed.

2. Mail/Fax:

  • Registration form can be downloaded in PDF or Word format.
  • All mailed and faxed registration forms will be processed by our staff.
  • Confirmation message will be sent to you by e-mail.
  • The registrations will be confirmed within one weeks after registration forms and payment have been received.
  • Participants should complete the registration process online or send the registration form by Mail/Fax to the Registration Office by October 3, 2014.

3. On-site:

On-site registration will be available at the Venue from October 13 – 14, 2014 during 08:00-17:00.

Note: The registration fee for international participants includes Accommodation for four nights during October 12-15, 2014 at the Chulabhorn Convention Center, lunches during October 13-15, 2014, the Opening Ceremony and transportation from and to the airport.

2. Thai Participant:

  • The registration fee for regular participants and students, includes admission to all scientific sessions, lunches, breaks and the Opening Ceremony.
  • Students need to submit student IDs or proof of enrollment along with their registration.


  • For international participants, all fees must be paid in US currency using credit card only.
  • For Thai participants, the registration fee can be paid by:
    • Credit Card: On-line payment.
    • Money Order or Cashier Check or Bank Draft :
      • Please pay the total amount to CANCER THERA and write down your registration number and your name on the Money Order or Cashier Check or Bank Draft, then mail it to the Registration Office.
    • Money Transfer:
      • Please transfer the total amount to the account CANCER THERA, Bangkok Bank Public Company Limited, Lak Si Plaza Branch, Account Number: 229-4-06332-2 and write down your registration number and your name on the transfer slip, then mail or fax or e-mail it to the Registration Office.

  • For Thai student’s rate, please submit a valid proof of enrollment (a student ID or a registration record of the current term/semester) by mail, fax or e-mail to the Registration Office
  • Only registration with full payment of the registration fee will be processed.
  • An official receipt will be issued at Registration Desk at the Symposium or before the Symposium by request.

Cancellation and Refund Policy:

Registered participants who cannot attend the Congress will receive a refund of registration fees as follows:

  • Cancellation received before September 16, 2014: 80% refund.
  • No refund can be made for cancellation received on and after October 3, 2014.
  • Refunds will not be made until after the Congress.
  • Please note that request for cancellation must be made in writing to the registration office (e-mail is preferred).
